Kneeling down at my age is a painful experience and getting back up is quite and ordeal. This little contraption makes both much, much easier! I use it to work in the yard when I need to have both hands free to fiddle with sprinklers and such. I also use it in the garage or driveway when I need to work on my car or air up my tires. It's very, very versatile! I'll probably order another one just so I don't have to keep dragging around the only one I have.

My wife likes to garden so I bought this for her and she loves it! Place it so the shelf is near the ground and kneel on it, or turn it over to make a bench to sit on. Either way, it works great and makes working in the garden much more comfortable. It's well-built and sturdy, and folds up for easy storage.

I got this for my mom so she could have an easier time gardening. It is hard for her to stay standing for too long so this lets her sit down and garden instead of having to bend over and only be able to work for a little bit.An unintentional but welcome side effect is that sometimes she used to kneel down on the ground as well, with this she can turn it over and kneel onto it, and use the legs to stand up with which is extremely helpful so she can get up without assistance.

Very sturdy construction. I'm 270 lbs and can sit on it as a seat when working in the garden. When kneeling on it, the side handles solidly help me get back to a standing posture. The knee pad does save my knees when working on any rough or wet surface. The spring locks to fold the legs flat can be hard to operate if you have weak hands. I just leave it in the open position. Love it

Wonderful, sturdy design. My husband has issues getting up from the ground. He can push himself up. And when he needs to sit, he turns it around. We live in 2 locations. We have one in each place.

Mostly I am perfectly happy with my garden stool. I'm careful opening it to make sure I don't pinch my fingers but once open it is great for sitting or kneeling. I'm in my 70s so the support to help me get up is wonderful. I spent the last two days cleaning my garage. It really made it an easier task.

I love this well-made garden bench! It came fully assembled and is so easy to use. You will undoubtedly find other uses for it, too. I sit on it to groom my doodle dog. So glad I found this bench!

excellent for elderly gardeners

Well made and strong. This is made of metal while others I looked at were made of plastic and painted to look like metal.Good height for sitting and getting support for getting up off the ground.
