Exceeded expectations - Truly worth the purchase.
I got the product exactly as I intended. I often avoid buying things after reading reviews, but I had to get this one—and I'm glad I did! What a great product—it works perfectly. The finishing is excellent, and I truly feel it is value for money.

Poor quality.
The winder is working erratically. It is not winding the watch proper enough and most of the times because of the erratic winding, the watch time is not accurate and the date and time are inaccurate. When I put the same watch on another winder which l have, it winds perfectly and accurately. I think you should replace this defective winder, if you believe in customer service and experience. Thanks.

NO WARRANTY - Stopped working after 4months
Like other buyers, it stopped working after about 4.5 months. Bad and unreliable product. Avoid buying. Only replacement for 10days after purchasing. Then no warranty as per the seller

Did not even last for a week
Paying so much for it and did not even last for a week. It's a defective piece. Very unhappy, I hope they will collect this and give a me functional one

Great product i really like, it does not continually moves just enough to get the watch to not stop! Also is completely silent i have on my night stand and does not make a sound when it moves

Batteries
This works great but will burn through 2 AA batteries per month which makes it difficult to store the winder in my safe.

I had to use a different watch pillow
Almost perfect. I’m a woman so my wrist is small (6in in diameter) so my watch did not fit the watch pillow provided (I tried both size adjustments). I was about to return it, but I was able to make it work for my watch by using a SOFT, pliable watch pillow in place of the hard one they sent. The watch pillow is larger but because it’s pliable I was able to mold it inside for a perfect fit. See photo and video.

Beautiful but didn’t work for my watch
I’m giving it two stars because it did not work for my watch but it is a beautiful box to display your watch in. The first month it kept my watch wound but then I notice my watch being a little behind on time then it just stopped. Where I had it displayed there was no outlet around so I needed to use batteries which I had to replace twice already and as you can see in the video it is not working again. Maybe if it was plugged in it would work better but for me I needed something to run off batteries. Very disappointing it didn’t work for my watch because it is a beautiful box to display.
