This product does an excellent job cleaning, and it will not damage your toilet bowl.

Does anyone know if this product, since it is Hydrochloric Acid, will it kill the bacteria in a Septic Tank and System? Yes or no?

Its not strong enough. You would have to use a ton of it every day to stop the bacteria in a normal household septic. It only slightly changes the ph. Not enough to make a difference.
