Doesn't work

Bought it once, the spray didn't work even though there was liquid inside. Complained about it to Amazon. The good customer service agent gave me a replacement bottle. Unfortunately, the replaced bottle is also having spray issues. After spraying two times, again the spray is not working even though it is full of liquid.
