LOW PRICE and GREAT QUALITY
I LOVE VEVOR PRODUCTS!!! Their motto is "Tough Tools for half the price". They are not kidding. I have several Vevor products and all of them are GREAT!!This warmer is a great addition to my smoke pit. I can put finished briskets or pork shoulders in there for several hours until I am ready to slice or pull. The heat is consistent and is an easy cleanup. I was skeptical because of the price. Now I am amazed at the quality and very happy about the price.

No stress holiday meals!
Making larger meals for holidays is stressful. Trying to time everything to be ready at the same time takes practice, but having everything ready and requiring your attention at the same time adds a lot of stress! With this, I started cooking earlier in the day and things finished at staggered times but stayed hot and fresh. There was still a lot of work, but I was never worried that something would be ready too early or too late. Also, I finished all the food well before meal time, and just pulled out the food when we were ready to eat. This fit multiple cooked turkeys, a full ham, and all the sides. I was shocked! This was well worth the money!

Worst customer service ever.
This item stopped working and though I purchased the warranty, Amazon had me contact the manufacturer. Once I contacted the manufacturer (Vevor), they were of no help either. It takes them 1 day to respond to an email which you will have to go through. There is no number that I could find. After emailing them for over a week, we came to the conclusion of replacing an item from their website. I ordered a less expensive replacement only to find out it was out of stock the next day, though it clearly said in stock on their website. I was so fed up and asked them to return my money and for the useless warranty I paid for. They responded by saying please contact Amazon. What was the point in all of this.

Does not match the photos in the product listing.
It has the same dimensions, however there is no latch for the doors. They are magnetic and I imagine they will stay closed.

Great food warmer
Quick to reach max temperature, not to hot on the outside, holds 5 standard size food trays, worked great for our fish fry for fish, frys, and hushpuppies. Well worth the price.

Quality Control Is Non Existent
I just received my warmer. I purchased the double door version. I BBQ often and bought this to rest cooked meat.First off, when it arrived I was dreading removing the protective film that so many have complained about. Although time consuming, I would not view this as a bad thing since most would rather have a well packaged item that you only have to unpack once, as opposed to it being scratched up.With that being said, to my surprise upon opening the box, there was no protective film to remove. This made me worried that the item may have been used. After reading many of the protective film complaints, this item is usually assembled with the protective plastic on, leaving behind plastic in the screws as you remove it. I found no plastic around the screws, leading me to believe this could be a new change in how they package their steel products.I have yet to have a test run and will update this review after. The reason for the poor review reflects the poor QC on this product before it left the facility. Both double doors have huge dents on the interior where the tray and all the parts are located, leading me to believe it was forcefully slammed shut with the tray still out, denting it to heck.In addition, the magnet doors are a joke and pop open very easily. there are openings where the doors do not fully seal when closed at the top and bottom of the doors. How is this supposed to efficiently heat and hold temps when it doesn't even seal completely? Every time I look somewhere else, I find another noticeable dent. This thing is also filthy. Be sure to clean this thing thoroughly. I have been at it a little over an hour trying to clean out every crevice inside. In the end, I did not buy this for its looks, but this is my first impression out the box. I will give it a test run this weekend as I have to smoke 4 Briskets and 4 pork butts. If it does the job well, I will adjust this rating and give an honest update.

It works, but with some careless build quality
It does work, and with gentle use probably would last a good amount of time.Be careful when you take it out of the box, because the feet are not pre-installed and I scratched my hardwood floor with it.The interior comes dirty -- with factory grime, which took me about a half hour to clean. That should have been their job, not mine. The sheet metal comes with a sticker on it to protect it from scratches, but the glue is much much stronger than usual, and it took me a hour and a half to get it off. Maybe a heat gun would have helped. They put that protection sticker on before they put in the rivets that hold the pieces together, so when you peel the sticker off it is very hard to remove the last bits of sticker near the rivets. The thermostat is way off. After running the warmer for a few hours with some pans in it (see photo) the thermostat said 150 degrees (148 after opening the door for a few minutes) but my instant read thermometer said 117 degrees. You can get close to 150 degrees if you set the thermostat to maximum (170 degrees). Some of the rivets were missing, which is sloppy, but should not impair the function. The two hours I needed to get it usable is so unacceptable. As sloppy as the construction is, it did the job, and at a good price, and I would probably buy it again if there was no better alternative.
