Poor quality
The product quality is poor and not in working conditions requested for replacement but never received it till date. Very poor and pathetic service

Recommended for fun, not for serious crafting
Bought this pen for crafting, had to use my own filament to test it out, definitely works well with ABS as much as PLA, so I was happy. But then it turns out that the speed control was not working. It was also dispensing faster than I could keep up with. So yeah, sadly had to give it up. Don't know if this was a faulty piece or if these substandard printing pens come like this. Need something to work with at my pace. If you are serious about investing in a printing pen, better save up.

About 3D pen
The media could not be loaded. The product look is exactly the same as mentioned in the app. It comes with the adapter and two varieties of filaments. The adapter is working properly. The filament quality is excellent. Loading and unloading the filament works well. The speed control is working well.It is good for the beginner to learn and experience how it works. This product is overall a good experience to explore more about a 3D pen.
