This was a relief for an in-home bedridden patient. She never had to push it for emergencies, but we would have definitely heard the alarm!

This works really good. The instructions aren't great but you can figure it out. It requires NO subscription. You just instal the ap and set it up. The call button works wherever your phone works. All the things people complain about with similar products are solved here. It's loud and will get your attention. It chimes and vibrates my phone for several seconds. My wife and I care for someone who is nonverbal. Je needs help with certain things. This is just a super simple button he can push when he needs someone but we are busy or outside. If I'm out mowing the lawn I hear it on my headphones. It has really helped everyone gain freedom and independence. Very good product.

System appears to work fine itself but emergency notifications on my phone are spotty. It worked perfectly the 1st time I installed the app but something happened, an update or something, but now a pop-up notification only appears on the screen IF I have the app open in the background. It no longer has an audible notification on my phone.

Difficult to set up

These work great! And from a good distance as well. I got it for my MIL who lives in her own house on the same property as us. The receiver is in my house and she has the emergency buttons. They have worked every time they got pressed, all on accident so far which is good, but each time the receiver went off and the app on my phone alerted me as well. As long as the receiver gets the distress signal then no matter where you are you will get the notification on the app on your phone as well. I would highly recommended this product!!

Somehow the function that will call a cell phone and not just make a sound at the plug-in bar DOES require a subscription. Something i read before purchase was misleading on this point. But an extra star for build quality is excellent. plug in alarm could be louder, some alarms seem to be native-to-machine and others seem to be recordings and not as loud or clear. Best use of this regardless of how it is sold is as a wireless doorbell.

This would work great if it were not for random chimes going off at various times during the day and in the wee hours of the night. It is no fun to be woken up in the middle of the night to discover the button was not pushed and was laying on her bedside table so no one could have pushed it unless we have ghosts in the house. If it is a ghost I wish they would let me sleep at night.

Clear instruction and easy to connect. Working well so far.

Easy to use for 94yr old, can place several around unit & house for easy access for mother, pinned one on her clothing incase of falls. I bought more after the success of the first two so I could place one in each room.

A little awkward to set up but the instructions were detailed and clear. Works well, notifications come straight to my phone, Great for the price!
