Is it good to paint this over black 2.0 as a matte primer and can musou black be painted on wood or certain clothing materials?

This is the blackest black I have ever seen. It also has a flat matte finish. As a primer, I don't know why one would use it as such, but I do know that it does not do well over oil based paint, even if that oil paint is water soluble. It actually works very well on any clean surface. However, I honestly do not know if it works on cloth. I suppose one could make a sample and see if it washes well or just makes a mess. I use this in my arkwork when I need truly deep, deep shadowing. It's just gorgeous. Warning though, when using this, be sure to only pour out a tiny bit at a time and try to keep it from the air as much as possible. It dries incredibly fast and , being so expensive, you might want to use it out of a plastic container you can keep covered between brush dips. I will say again, it is exquisitely beautiful if you are looking for a deep, deep black. There is a youtube video where a man paints an entire room with it. Fabulous if you have the bucks! Can this paint muslin fabric and is that better than kiwami black fabric for versatile use?

I do not know the outcome of using this product on fabric. I can only say, try it on a sample and see what happens. Good luck.
