Solid 4 star so far….
It arrived and intact unlike some reviews I’ve seen. Only just started so unable to see if any difference, flavour isn’t the best just mix it with some juice or squash and tastes much better. So solid 4 stars so far

After reading a lot of great reviews about this product I purchased RHEAL and it's amazing I love it, definitely helps my body.

Put it in a flavoured yogurt
Couldn't have it in water so added it to a strawberry yogurt..still bitter but can eat it. I have felt calmer today

Not as expected
I have not been able to feel any difference after 3 months of use. I also found it difficult to drink just in water however when mixed with juice or yoghurt it was okay

Transformed my pms mood.
Waited 5 weeks until leaving this. Was very skeptical but I am pleasantly surprised at how my mood has been in the lead up to my period. Usually I am very irritable and moody, but I have been much calmer and happier. I have been much more positive generally too. Hasn’t helped with any of the other pms symptoms but it’s great that my mood is so much better. The tub lasts me longer than a month and have just bought my second.
