POOR SERVICE - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO HANDLE PRODUCT ISSUE
Never buy a Lifelong Product. There is no service for the product, it looks like a use and throw policy. I had purchased an Air Fryer it was in good condition when received and worked well. 20 days later it was found that the bottom plastic casing had got opened in use, the issue was highlighted to Lifelong after multiple mails and over 10-15 calls, yesterday it was said that replacement will be given, today morning the call comes in stating this is physical damage and does not cover under service: no service engineer visited to have a look at the product yet. Thr product has a 2 year warranty when they don’t even have a physical service center in the different cities and service personnel to visit the customer location, how are they going to provide the warranty support.
