By far the most complete guide to womens health and can be used by anyone as it it easy to understand and navigate and serves as a great recource to turn to. Her recipes are easy to follw and have great instructions and information. Rosemary give you a deeper look intomthe simplicity of working with herbs and mother nature. I highly recommend his read for all women and healer practioners alike.

This shows herbal recipes for all walks of life, a great gift for any women. I stumbled upon it at a grocery store and ended up purchasing another one for my friend.

This book covers all stages of a woman's life. If you are at all interested in natural, herbal health - not just medicine, but health - this is the book you want to read. It is an easy to read format and she explains things in a very easy to understand way. I have already begun putting notes in the margins and dog-earring pages so that I can come back to this when I need to. Great resource for the natural, herbal home.

I was disappointed at first as it’s not of the quality and layout as her other books. I feel like it could have been laid out ina much more easy to use, quicker and easy to identify in a more appealing way. I still find the book has a lot of useful information directly tailored to women and that part is great. I love that. They layout/style could have been better.
