I originally bought this laptop for gaming (Fortnite). I still do game. But I also use this for school as well. I do suggest buying a cooling pad as well. It’s never really gotten super hot. But it has gotten warm due to multiple hours of gaming. Gaming quality is TOP TIER. Screen quality is excellent! I still have tons of space on my laptop.

I needed a cheap gaming laptop for my golf simulator. So I wasn't too fussed on specs etc... just read a few reviews and dropped the hammer. Boy was I surprised. Laptop gaming has advanced in the last few years. This device can handle triple A titles on high. So instead of leaving it in the sim, I've given it to my teenage son for 'real' gaming... He's happy, I'm happy. Win, win!!

The laptop is fine.... it does get hot. For being 'high specs' it still lags though. But the most frustrating aspect of this is ROG's lighting effects in the keys. nothing works to turn them off. every update I'm thinking I'll finally be able to turn off the flashing keyboard lights when it goes to sleep. nope. I thought this laptop was a fairly priced unit but this keyboard's flashing is freaking awful.*2nd update. So I've had this computer for just about a year and it's glitching, crashing, and freezing. Running a web browser and Microsoft Word. I don't use this laptop for gaming and it's already failing. Stay away or buy the insurance bc you'll probably be using it.

Vino con un problema con una mancha en la esquina superior izquierda de la pantalla. Es un defecto de fabrica ya que vi ningún tipo de golpe y que en juegos calienta muchísimo la parte superior del teclado. La laptop funciona increíble es muy liviana y transportable.

Laptop is no longer working exactly one year from the warranty. The laptop had a faulty circuit which damaged the motherboard. No support was given form the seller or Asus. To fix costs almost half of the price. Extremely disappointed with this product and seller.

I bought the 40 ram and 1T SSD and without running really dificult games for the graphic it gets so hot... idk what to do... I am scare because I haven't try to use it with real games, only lol+chrome and it is already so hot that I have to put the turbo fans and it still hot (I litteraly burned my finger touching it)... Besides it is not 3.53lb but like 4lb, wich was something important for me, I kind of regret this and will be looking for outside fans.PD it says tactile screen but mine does not have it.

Ordered brand new November 16, 2023 but warranty was already activated May 2023. Battery is stuck at 0%. Messaged seller but unresponsive.
