Excellent grips, ready to use straight out of the package. I prefer these because many of the bars at my gym have a fair amount of chalk on them. If this isn't the case I've heard great reviews of their other grips that are meant to be chalkless. Generally last 6-12 months with moderate to high use, although the first layer comes off within 2 weeks but this doesn't affect their performance.

Excellent grips, I had previously been Woddies for years and wish I would have found sooner. I was reluctant to purchase for the price, but I really do enjoy them and I’m glad I bought them. They grip any bar perfectly and are comfortable to wear.

Having tried the, “popular,” brands, these puppies are the absolute underdog and are amazing. The ability to use chalk with them is great. That being said I am glad because without chalk the grip isn’t wonderful.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had another style of grips that I use for CrossFit, but the leather was too thin. Even using the straps and with thick callouses, hanging from the bar still was painful. Grip strength: These have a thicker pad and they just grab the bar very well. Exactly what I needed.

My hands are saved. Working on Murph prep which means a lot of pull ups. I was ripping my hands every other week, and no more, the grips work as intended. These grips, particularly the wrist strap is a bit stiff, but I am sure it will break in after some extended use. I hope to see them stand the test of time, I know Picsil makes good products. So far, worth the money.
