It works
I was truly surprised how well this “cheap” product worked. I will from now on call it inexpensive.

worked perfectly, here are a few tips
This worked better than I thought it would. When I replaced the toilet seats years ago, I made some plastic bushings (the black parts in this photo) to make the screws fit tighter in the holes in the bowl. They didn't work. The seat was still wobbly enough to be annoying. The seat now has no wiggle since I got rid of my black bushings and installed this kit. Note: I have brass screws holding the seat onto the bowl. The plastic screwdriver supplied with the kit would probably work fine on plastic screws, but will not fit a brass screwhead and is not strong enough if the screws are tight. You will need a common flat blade screwdriver. You'll also want to have a small screwdriver or knife to pry up the plastic caps covering the screws. I have to say I am surprised how well these work. The parts supplied with the kit are rubber and will snug things down quite well. One other thing you might want to have on hand is a hand mirror, just to get a look to see that everything is straight before you tighten down the nut. The wrench was plenty strong even with metal screws. I found it easier to turn the screwdriver than the wrench, but the wrench is easy to hold on to. 5 stars. And it's practically free. Be prepared to consider some cleaning that you can't get to normally. A spray bottle of cleaner and paper towels are handy to have at hand.

An essential travel kit to make your motel stay a bit nicer.
Ginsey Home Solutions One Toilet Seat Tightening Kit, 1, Gray. Brand: Ginsey An essential travel kit to make your motel stay a bit nicer. This particular toilet seat repair kit will help to stop your motel toilet seat from rocking and rolling. It is the second most important part of your own toilet seat repair kit. After a day of fighting heavy traffic, who really wants to deal with a loose toilet seat? This kit also contains extra cone shaped washers stored on the shaft of the screwdriver. The screwdriver blade is a bit thin and being soft plastic, the blade will bend out of shape, but you can make it thicker by cutting a little off the end, or just save the washers and throw away the plastic screwdriver. Otherwise, you can use a large coin like a quarter, -as a flat-blade screwdriver. A "Z" shaped steel screwdriver would be more sturdy and have both a flat blade and a Phillips screwdriver. (BCP Box of 5 Mini/Offset Magnetic Screwdriver Boxset with Phillips Flat Head for Automotive Fender Installation, or more compact, General Tools 807SX 1/4-Inch Straight and No. 2 Crosspoint Ratchet Offset Screwdriver.) The plastic wrench in this kit, will flex and may not grip nuts that do not have a wing. The wrench should be made out of aluminum instead. For rusted nuts, or rounded off square nylon nuts, you could also add a cheap pair of pliers from a supermarket or drugstore. Here on Amazon, you could also add a few more handy items: Danco 89057 Toilet Seat Hinge Washers, White (4 packages of two washers for two toilets); (1) White Silicone Toilet Seat Bumpers 7 Rubber Replacement Safety Bumper Caps Tips With Hardware For Toilet Bowl Protection Non Slip Shock Absorbing Seat Renovators Supply Manufacturing (for oval 19 inch seats that may flex on the front end, as for some reason, there is nothing to support the seat in that location). Cover the screwheads with silicone glue or caulk, and file the pointed screw ends short and flat so that they do not penetrate the seat and stab you); (2 packages) of Toilet Seat Parts Including Screw and Nut For Top Mount Toilet Seat Hinges, White Plastic. Finger tighten, or use plastic wrench only. Nylon threads can be stripped if over tightened. If threads become stripped, adding a cone washer, or a couple of flat rubber or nylon washers, could back off the nut enough to give it some threads to work with. If the cone washers are too small to grip the porcelain holes, add some flat rubber washers as well. Put all these kit items in a Ziplock bag, with a rubber band helping to keep the bag closed. This kit of repair parts should be enough to repair most of the toilet seats that you will find. As a last resort, a roll of duct tape or packing tape (six feet per toilet, on the hinges and on the front edge of the toilet seat) can be used instead. As a subtle reminder, it will let the motel manager know that his toilet needs repairs. Be careful about using stabilizers, as they can only be used with a thick toilet seat. The heads of the screws can scratch the toilet bowl, and the pointed screws can penetrate the seat and stab you. If you are trying to tighten a thin and flimsy plastic toilet seat, it may have flimsy plastic hinges that flex, and it cannot be fixed completely. Due to the flimsy plastic screwdriver and wrench, I can only give four Amazon stars to the Ginsey Home Solutions One Toilet Seat Tightening Kit, 1, Gray.

Works, but not as well as they claim.
The problem with this product is that the washers need to have a tight fit around the screw included with your toilet seat. Since they don't, there is still considerable wiggle room between the washer and the screw, so the seat still moves around a lot. In fact, on mine it moved about the same as it did originally. One thing I found that helped: They tell you to put the washer underneath the screw hold; however, if you take a couple of extra washers and put them on top as well as on bottom, there is a noticeable difference in the movement of the seat. Personally, I could have done just as well to just wrap some electrical tape around the screw at the point where it goes through the hole. I could have saved money and gotten the job done faster.

Did it meet my expectations? Heck yes, and then some!!
If you were to ask me, "hey, what's one thing under $5 that will drastically improve my life?" I'd say, "This!! Don't question it, just trust me!" Full disclosure, this is not the first one of these I bought. I bought my first one locally, and then thanks to a 2yo, it went missing before we could do the second toilet. But the results for the first toilet were SO IMPRESSIVE I wanted to do the other toilet badly (but also didn't feel like going to the big box home improvement store.) It's so easy to add these washers, and they make such a huge difference. Your butt will thank you! Because, seriously, who actually enjoys having a toilet seat shift unexpectedly beneath them? Not me, that's for sure. And there's something about having a solid seat that takes your commode from a plain toilet to a full THRONE. I did our main toilet about 9 months ago, and haven't had to tighten it again since. No shifting, no squeaking... Just rock solid. Seriously, you need this in your life. And it will make an amazing Christmas present!

Done what it said. My seat dose not move around as much any more.

Works perfect, installs in minutes and seat is now tight and does not move around. The extra washers are located inside the red tool so make sure to look there for them.

Unfortunately this item was much too long to fit into screw cavity of toilet bowl seat access.

So easy to install and no more loose toilet seat, extra washers included. **Highly Recommended**

The screwdriver part is too soft but the wrench and washers work well
