Solid 365 and 395 nm UV Flashlight
This is a solid UV flashlight with both 365 and 395 nm Cree light elements. You can immediately tell the difference when you click from one to the other in picking up different substances. You might not like what you find in your bathroom, but you put light on the subject! Obviously, either wavelength works better in the dark. The price was decent (better even on sale) for the usual aircraft aluminum body with variable zoom focus. I went with the regular AAA batteries although it comes with the adapter to fit your interchangeable rechargeable battery unit. It is built like a tactical flashlight, but unless you are fighting germs or scorpions I don't know why. It has a handy pocket clip and wrist lanyard. The recessed button on the end is functional - you can stand it on either end. I have other such UV lights, but this one is the strongest and best of the bunch. The other little LED bulbs are weak in this size - you would need a big flashlight to do better. This is compact, solid, and functional.

Just as promised
Very helpful for glowing glass hunting. It fits in my purse and I don't need to carry two. You push out or pull in the end to effect how intense the stream of light focuses on one spot or make if large to quickly scan an area and see if anything catches your eye. It is sturdy and works very well, it's been useful for showing people the difference between manganese and uranium.

It's great
It's exactly what it says it is, I'm happy with it. It is decently bright, seems like firm and sturdy build quality, I like it being able to switch between both bands of UV since some things glow better in one or the other.

Love the 2 wavelengths
The media could not be loaded. This uv light is very well built and has many uses. Used to to find scorpions in texas at night. As my pup tries to eat them. Battery life is as expected about 4 hours with a 18650. I do like the 2 wavelengths.

This is so neat
This is a great light , I haven’t found the rocks that glow in my area but I’m still searching , this is great for rock hunting.

Works Well But Eats Batteries (may be my fault)
Does exactly what it says. If you are into finding the glowy things iet will do the job. Be warned, it does eat through batteries. I have a bad habit of accidentally turning it on in my pocket. But don't let that deter you. I have bought four of these lights and keep one with me when out and about. It is the right tool if you are looking for uranium glass or other glowy glass. You can spot across the room.
