What are the dimensions of the size 10? (Length & Width.)

I don't know original dimensions. I do know I cut a bit off length and width to fit a size 12 shoe. I sealed it to shoe with ShooGoo from Walmart. Be aware this sole has style for jungle boots, not dress shoes. So don't expect to win any fashion shows wearing shoes with these heavy-weight soles. But you'll be almost a half inch taller.

What is the thickness of the sole?

They are the same thickness as a iPhone 5 and less than the thickness on other shoes that I have.
