I'm an experienced caffiene pill user. Ive previously purchased nutricost caffeine 200mg capsules 1000 count and wanted to try a tablet form instead. To be fair i only took these tablets until they were gone and stopped the capsules during this evaluation. I took one tablet in the morning with 40 oz water to be comparable to my capsule usage. Check my review for nuricost capsules for further info regarding capsules. I'm a light sleeper and have issues remaining asleep prior to using caffiene pills. Plus i take only these in the morning so its not really and issue. First impressions The first time i took this tablet it gave me a head ache. The subsequent tablets did rarely. The Tablet begins to break down immediately (immediate release) when they are in your mouth and are bitter tasting. The therapeutic window is faster 10 minutes compared to 30 for capsules. The awakening effect is the same but quicker due to the faster onset. Things that were the same as for tablets and capsules: both negate missed sleep but shorten duration accordingly and you make it up on your off days. No bowel movement reported for either but more likely due to taste, definately yes for coffee. Focus is Normal to your level of awareness. This will keep you awake but may not help beyond that to focus your mind this applys to both products. I planned to cut these in half but they were powdery and didn't end up doing that because of poor breakage. Grinding would be easier so you mix/ dissolve it into a drink. Capsules can't do either of this. Either form will Replace your coffee today. I personally prefer the capsules as i don't modify the usage form and dislike the tablet taste. Both work very well.

These are the move. The capsules, for whatever reason, make me dizzy. Tablets are fast acting and small, the perfect amount of energy boost, and a great way to avoid the calories and IBS that comes with caffeinated beverages. I do get a headache if I take it regularly and then miss a morning. I love keeping one or two in the zipper pouch of my wallet in case I’m out and need a pick me up. These should save you a lot of money.

I stopped drinking coffee/energy drinks for maybe 2-3 years. Mainly because I hate coffee and I associate energy drinks with a traumatic time in my life. I have what I believe is diagnosed ADHD which I never treated because I was indoctrinated to believe it's not a crutch/disability that needs to be treated with medication. Unfortunately I am not at a place where I can have that treated because I don't have insurance atm and doctors are not too keen on just handing out adhd meds to adults without a full diagnosis. I have taken a few of these caffeine pills over the weekend to see how they work and I have to say I feel very productive. I started writing fan fiction nonstop. No more brain fog, no more wanting to just rot away in bed. The reason I looked into caffeine pills was because I was playing video games and started to feel sleepy and unable to focus on cutscenes. Imagine not having the energy to just sit around and play a game, pathetic. If you're like me I would probably only one of these when you need to lock in and stay productive. I took one pill at noon and that kept me up till 8am the next day. I can imagine it's very easy to get addicted to this stuff and it would stop being as effective. If you regularly consume caffeinated products these can probably just replace your cup of coffee in the morning. A cup of coffee has made me lock in this much and I would crash a few hours later and need more. This stuff is pure caffeine that had me locked in for almost 18 hours straight. I am planning on taking some courses soon so I'm hyped to utilize these pills.

Only reason I'm reviewing these is because I'm back to buy more. Just literally took my last tablet now and wish I had ordered another bottle sooner. This product not only works wonders in waking me up at work (currently 3pm with 3 hours to go) but will definitely help anyone break the coffee addiction as it did for me. The review is a bit long but I feel its important to mention that my first bottle lasted me about 9 or so months. It's only 100 tablets which you'd think would only last 2 to 3 months but like I mentioned before, I'm no longer a caffeine/coffee addict. I now only use this on days that drag and when I get sleepy or can't focus at work. Didn't work for me , found allmax to be more effective. 100mg of all max is more effective than 200 mg of this product.
