While I wish the results of the third party testing were available so we could all see them, this does seem like a good quality formula. I like that the ration is 1:3. Some Capsella I've tried is much more diluted so the high concentration helps me not have to take as much of this one.I usually find 2-3 times the recommended amount works better for me the first couple of days of my period. I've also found that taking adaptogens and keeping my adrenals and thyroid healthy seem to be the other part of the puzzle in making my periods much lighter and bearable.

I bought this to help with bleeding between periods due to uterine fibroids. Upon taking this as directed by the bottle, my bleeding intensified. Once I stopped taking it, my bleeding actually stopped. I don’t know if it’s a fluke or not so I’ll try again another time. I definitely did not have the magical cure experience some other reviewers did and was kind of bummed out.
