If you mean, indoors in a garage, then I would say yes, as long as the garage is not cold and is well lit

Should you use a clay bar first and then wax the vehicle prior to applying this product?

It's a good Idea to remove all imperfections, dirt, or wax off the surface of area you will be applying CERAKOTE to because whatever is there will get sealed in. If you clay, make sure scratches and mar left behind are dealt with to prevent sealing in imperfections.

Can this be used on a fiberglass/gel coat RV?

Yes it can be used on Fiberglass. However, the company makes a wide veriety of products including a line of Boat products. Just go to the site.

My car is brand nee and has a Pearl coat. Should I apply it?
