The media could not be loaded. Last year I gave away my 30+ year old boombox that I put in the garage several years ago. I used it specifically to play CDs I had. I missed playing music there and searched for a replacement.My first goof didn't play CDs. While the second played CDs, the volume was poor even for a closed garage. The third played CDs with acceptable volume, but the BT volume was no better than streaming directly to my hearing aids.This one is just what I wanted. Good volume from CDs. My first pairing with BT was awkward, but worked and is now easy and the volume is just as good with BT as it is with CD; so I can stream music from my phone to the Player.I have the Player on my work bench at the front of my garage and the volume is fine inside the closed garage; my video is from the front of the garage 22ft away from the Player. While faint, I could still hear music at the end of my driveway, another 24ft away. I couldn’t use my phone camera & play BT at the same time.This would easily work in any room inside the house at less than maximum volume.The 1 meter (39in) power cord length had was just a little longer than I needed, but not by much. I didn’t try the FM function; I have no intention of using it.My only negative comment might’ve been that I would’ve liked the display in front instead of on top; but that would’ve made the unit bigger without taking away from the speakers.I'll also point out that this was the (I don't want to say "cheapest") most inexpensive Player I tried. WELL worth the money.

Excellent sound plays great .

This Gueray portable CD player was exactly what I was looking for. The sound from the built-in speakers is surprisingly clear and full; definitely better than I expected for something this size. It’s simple to use, and the Bluetooth pairing works well when I want to stream music from my phone.I also like that it has multiple options; AUX, USB, FM radio, and even a headphone jack. It’s nice having that flexibility, especially if you’re using it in different rooms or setups.The design is compact but doesn’t feel cheap, and the controls are pretty straightforward. If you still have a CD collection and want something modern with good sound, this is a great choice.

Another Amazon electronic product that does NOT work. I’m done buying and returning electronics from Amazon. None of them ever work. Complete waste of time. DO NOT BOTHER.

We purchased this player for my son's 5th birthday a few weeks ago and so far so good! The sound quality is actually quite impressive. The remote is helpful but not necessary as the same functions are all on the player itself. My son likes that he can watch the CD spinning inside the player and skip songs on his own if he wants. The bluetooth connection is awesome too as I can control that from my phone and put on different audiobooks and music while he's in his room playing. I kind of wish it didn't have an AM/FM radio but it hasn't been an issue for us yet. Very happy with this so far!

While the disc is playing I hear a 'motor' noise - granted the sound level is low, but I would think you shouldn't have to hear this noise. With a higher volume, you don't hear it. Sound is pretty good for an inexpensive player. Mostly playing classical, and early 70s music.
