I put it in my electrolyte drink. It doesn't take away the flavor of the drink.

The usual slightly bitter taste of flax oil. A friend had some and said “ ahh fishy”. I explained that it was in fact not “fishy” but maybe what fishies ate; No fish were harmed for making , or in this oil, and that is a good thing! Im glad they are making this! 💙🐟🐟🐟💙

Been looking for a way to get some omega 3 in my daughter's diet. Tried this and results have been mixed. It's not fish based, so that's a plus since there was no way I was getting anything fishy into her food. However, it definitely has a unique flavor. Not a bad one but one you do have to work with. I've found that it's best when mixed with a bit of olive oil or in a creamy sauce. Basically, anything that masks the flavor a slight bit. That said, it's not that hard to work with and the flavor isn't that strong, so we're going to keep using it.

This oil has replaced olive oil for us!
