It works just as described. Great purchase. I didn’t give 5 because I wish it had protective sleeves for the suction cups for storage since dust can affect the suction

I bought this product even though it says it only works on smooth surfaces but I have to tell you it suctions pretty good to my ruff vinyl surface and I was able to close those gaps pretty easily.

It was so easy to use and it fixed the gaps between my laminate floor. Best invention ever.

Product had good suction. The rubber mallet that comes with it, is all but useless. I recently installed click and lock laminate floor (8x16 floor). I didn’t notice when installing but part of a seam in the middle row had pulled apart about 1/4 inch. After the supplied mallet crumbed into pieces and no progress, I switched to a metal hammer and the floor pulled right together. Even thought the tool didn’t last, it beats pulling up half of the flooring and reinstalling it.

Like others, I found this didn’t work at all given my flooring has a very small amount of texture on it. Really this should only be used on completely smooth materials

This does not work if the laminate is rough or not glass smooth.Update if the laminate is smooth works 💯 %. See the pictures 📸
