I like the book, as I am currently practicing Jose Silva-style meditations and feel so much better, that I bought work book to master my skills.

I didn’t know this existed and was excited to get extra practice with this supplement to the book. If you want to remember and really understand what you are reading, I’d definitely recommend.

This is not "the" book but a workbook to write down and use the methods...

I wish every self help book comes with a workbook like this one to deepen understanding of the book. The questions are unbelievably so simple! Our minds tend to look for the more complicated things when the answers lies in simplicity. This workbook & the current version of the book The Silva Mind Control Method is a life changing combination for me.
