Heavy Duty Jack
The Vevor Transmission Jack is such a great quality. It is very sturdy and heavy duty. The building was easier with 2 people but can be done with one person if needed. The hydraulic lift works great and will hold a transmission with ease. The wheels roll easily on concrete and raises to an suitable height to removed or reinstall a transmission. The box it came in was very heavy and will need 2 people or a dolly to move.

Wheel bracket not straight
Product works great, there was just a small hiccup with the wheel bracket and the wheels not sitting straight preventing the jack from properly rolling around. I contact the vender and their customer support team was excellent, they shipped new bracket to correct the issue. They continued to follow up with update status of how long it would take to ship/in route/arrival time every step of the way, they even checked up on the item after receiving it. Overall great bang for your buck the jack works great and if you happen to need any assistance with customer support they are actually there any time I would ask any questions or raise concerns about the situation I would have an answer with a resolution next day. I would buy this product again if I needed to. Brian

worst build quality and shipping
arrived with all the hydraulic fluid spilled. no instructions. after cleaning everything and figuring out how to put it together from the pictures on amazon, the release lever won’t fit in its slot because of poor welding alignment so i have to use vice grips. and they zip tied the spring to the hole for the foot pedal pin so you can’t put in the foot pedal without releasing the spring which you can’t push back down by hand to install the foot pedal. worst item i’ve ever bought on amazon. and the hardware that holds on the round handle stripped because it’s too cheap to hold the heavy ring. if you like industrial chinese ikea puzzles covered in oil and sharp corners and have a spring compressor and patience like a monk, this is for you. technically it goes up and down, using vice grips.

Not amazing, but gets the job done
After using a jack that will tilt the table in all directions while strapped in, this one disappoints. It has issues lowering when fully extended if the weight is not perfectly centered. That's about it for bad things. It works. It worked great pulling the transmission from my son's car all 6 times...yeah....6 times because we had a faulty bearing after replacing it and troubleshooting multiple clutch replacement parts. I've had plenty of time on this jack. It's not a $1,000 professional jack - it's an inexpensive DIY or very occasional use trans jack. It will get the job done, but you will likely still need some muscle to move things around and align just right. I'm not disappointed, just know what you are getting. We ditched the cute little rails, eye bolts/chains, and the single tilt function after the first use - roll up your sleeves and put your pink wrench down boys and girls.

Great addition to your shop for the $
This is the 2nd trans Jack i have purchased from here. First was a blue one, second is a red one. Holds a lot of weight, I personally did NOT want a hand pumping one that might be less expensive, the foot pedal is WAY easier to use, keeps your hands free to wrestle with the transmission or whatever, axles, control arms if your removing or installing coil springs, etc. Technically is strong enough to lift a big block Chevy engine into place from underneath a car on a lift....... That is strong! (I would never attempt that though) but to pull a ford F350=F450=F550 transmission and transfer case at one time this can easily handle that weight. Nice wide base, but the wheels on the 4 corners are difficult to get across even tiny debris and junk on the floor, a crushed cigarette butt will prevent the jack from moving at all, I also needed to grease my wheels when I assembled the jack. They were "oiled" but grease made them roll much easier but I have some leftover harbor freight casters with rubber wheels that are 3 1/2 inches tall to help make this roll better and over debris cause lets face it, we don't sweep our garage bay every day each time you pull a car in. I do my best to keep my bay clean but rust and dirt and leaves fall from cars, blow in from outside etc. My only complaint is those little steel wheels that have a rough time rolling around. The Jack itself 10000000000% perfection! Sturdy, well built, assembly is on YOU to get correct! Will take a lot of abuse and keep on rocking! If I ever need a third one, I will absolutely buy this one again! Just be careful, I sanded and rounded the edges on the top plate and the silver plates that bolt to the sides with the chain links, they are a little too sharp so a cookie pad on a die grinder and smoothed over the foot pedal edges and corners, top plate edges and corners and chain link plates as well so I don't get cuts and skin slices is a good 10 minute preventative measure but that is my preference, not the manufacturer of the jack. Jack I recommend, first one is now 3-4 years old, and 2nd one has pulled 3 transmissions so far and a Chevelle rear axle and replaced front 2 and rear coil springs on 71 Chevelle. Nice when you can pay hundreds less and get the same performance and longevity as a high end name brand. Does not come around often but the occasional one you can "Win" then enjoy it. This is a total win for me. Hope this review helps you with your decision and best of luck with your transmission/axle jack required projects.

Works perfectly
This transmission jack completely saved me on replacement of my rear main oil seal. It did all the heavy lifting. In fact,i gifted it to my mechanic after he completed the job. Highly recommend.

Assembly was difficult. Missing parts. Bent tabs, sloppy welds, fair price
The first box arrived torn up pretty badly with missing parts, I found out later. There are no instructions but a blurry photo. Pics on the Amazon listing were more useful, but there was no detail photo of the pedal pivot. Pedal would not fit, took hours to get that on due to missing pin and need to go to hardware store and fab a big bolt to act as a pivot pin. Finally got it assembled and the main pump sticks down. So you can't pump the lift up at all. Grrrrr... The welds and paint on here are of dubious quality. Big bolts are of low quality soft steel, and 2 were too long for the holes they went into. One of the nuts for adjusting the angle of the upper platform had only about 2 threads in it, the rest was nylock...and it failed right away. If only HF sold a high-left trans jack, surely it would be better. HF's trans jack is much lower, not useful if you have a lift. So I started an Amazon return, and they sent a second unit. It arrived with the box pretty much intact and all the parts in there. I found that the pivot I'd had to fab up was much larger diameter than I thought. See picture. That still leaves the inoperative pump on the first unit, simply defective, it would never have worked. The replacement unit still had badly aligned pedal pivots on the jack, but with a big C clamp and a helper I was able to get it together and PTL that pump works. So I have a working unit now. I boxed up all the other stuff and Amazon is supposed to come get it. Were it not for me being an Amazon Business account, this might not have turned out OK. Amazon's good return policy was key. If you buy this, plan on having a good helper, C clamps, pro quality snap ring pliers, and impact tools. Grease the big bolts that hold the legs on the jack body, because the threads in there on both of mine were boogered up internally and the holes too shallow. Use washers to avoid bottoming out. Don't tighten the legs fully until the jack is sitting on level ground, so it won't wobble.

the pump sticks
i used this jack 3 times so far... first time the small piston came up first and when it started to support the transmission the larger piston started to jolt up which shakes the car on the hoist, figured it was tight and think that will work out. my main issue is that the pump sticks down when you pump it... so you have the tap it upwards and it works for a few more strokes and sticks again. it seems a bit lightly made with cheesy wheels but i was ok with that - you get what you pay for...
