If you've done polates before, this ball is a great addition to your work out. They give u the blow up straw. It's sturdy enough for all the basic workouts and just the right size too. There's an exercise leaflet included as well. A very nice product!

Item comes deflated..but has inflation tube and plug and inflates easily..be sure to read handling info concerning wood surfaces

While the exercise ball is great, it’s advertised as coming with a pump to inflate it and it did not. Instead it came with a small straw. Once I did inflate it, it’s got a nice bounce to it. The material has a nice feel to it. And would have had 5 stars if I didn’t have to blow it up with a straw. After a week of use it’s retaining air just fine.

Easy to fill with air by using own lungs. Holds the air ie no leaks. The material (silicone?) feels good to my skin. Doesn’t slip during exercise. Size diameter matches my size. Good quality and worth the money. I bought THREE!!

you don't get a ball, it's flattened and you need to blow it up. It's difficult to inflate...
