I bought these because I didn't want to be stuck on my couch all day with a heating pad when I had bad menstrual cramps. But I got pregnant quickly after I purchased them and found they have another use - pain relief on my hips/SI joint. Around week 12 of pregnancy, I would get hip spasms that would make me unable to walk for 2 hours (I believe a reaction to the hormone relaxan, which loosens your hips in prep for childbirth). I was nervous to go anywhere that involved walking a lot because I might literally become crippled. As soon as my hips got sore, I would stick these on and I was able to walk around a museum for hours! I couldn't use Icy Hots because they have aspirin in them. These Popmasks are basically stick-on hand warmers. They last about 6-8 hours and worked tremendously for pain relief. Seriously an amazing product, I sing the praises. The instructions say not to put them directly on skin, but I found they don't stick well to clothing, plus I have a high heat tolerance. I found they work better on skin than over clothing. Didn't irritate my skin, comfy, perfect amount of heat, extremely long-lasting, and easy to remove. I'm sure they're great for menstrual cramps when you don't want to sit around with a heating pad. Thank you for giving me my mobility back!

This item is great for cramps! I will use these every time! So much easier than a heating pad or even a heated rice pillow.However, make sure you check it and your skin frequently. I was working and not paying enough attention, part of the patch got turned under my underwear leg & a did burn part of my skin. It healed just fine and I know to just pay better attention next time. It says on the pkg to be careful and not have it directly on skin, so my burn was definitely user error and not the product's fault.I highly recommend these!

Heat lasts for hours!

These are a FAR superior option to any other self heating pad I’ve bought! They actually get hot and stay hot and truly provide pain relief for my terrible cramps. It’s the next best option to a heating pad. And they stick well - actually perhaps too well. Which leads me to my only complaint. The pad got so super stuck to the inside of my panties that as I was struggling to get it off it ripped in half and the internal iron shavings flew all over my kitchen. Of course my dogs and cats were immediately trying to investigate which could be super harmful to them. I also have old wood floors so they were in every crack and crevice and SUCH a mess to clean up. Of course this was a user error, and will not deter me from purchasing or using this product again, but I feel like a. either the pad needs to be stronger to prevent ripping open or b. the internal filling needs to be more solid or contained in a separate internal pouch for extra protection. There is a HUGE warning on the back to keep out of reach of pets (and children) because it contains iron. I could never have anticipated the explosion of iron shavings that rained all over my kitchen. I’ll definitely be much more careful next time, but wanted to give everyone a heads up on this!

I was skeptical about buying these, thinking they wouldn't last more than an hour, but I've been proven woefully incorrect. The patches are larger than I expected, which is good! Once you open the package it will start heating up it takes a few minutes to get really heated, if you're looking for something that gives you the heat of an electric heating pad this isn't it, it gets hot enough to turn your skin red but its a very comfortable manageable heat, a little bit hotter then hot hands. So far a single patch has lasted 10 hours and has only cooled down a little, you can rub the patch to generate more heat when it does cool down. Obviously don't put the adhesive side directly on your skin, It's to be placed on your clothes. My only criticism is that the adhesive could be stronger, I've taken it off and on to readjust it, and it still sticks fine but could be better.

These ones actually last 12 hours, if not longer. They get hotter than any other patches I've tried, which is perfect. Genuinely the best. If you put them directly on skin, you can get a second-degree burn, which is about as hot as I could ask for!

I ordered these for my tween daughter that gets bad period cramps and I tested them too. They are really staying hot for at least 10 hours. We even wait before putting them in the garbage. They help with period cramps. They don't make noise and are comfy. There is no smell to it either. I've bought many more packages afterwards.
