This is great on fish. Brush melted butter on your fish and then sprinkle on the Mrs Dash. Bake accordingly. You won’t miss the salt!

I have eliminated, as much as possible, sodium from my diet because of kidney disease. This must have been available locally because I had one and went through it because it flavors almost all my food. I don't miss salt now. I've been to 5 local grocery stores with no luck. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but what are you going to do? Shipping was fine. I recommend whole heartily.

I am trying to cut back on my sodium and I have not seen this flavor in the stores. It is so good.

I have to do no sodium cooking and having an assortment of Mrs. Dash products is a given. I have to say that the Caribbean Mrs. Dash became our family's favorite when we moved to Florida 11 years ago and began doing Caribbean style recipes. We moved north a few years ago but didn't stop using this Mrs. Dash and had to order since it wasn't readily available at northern grocery stores. I use it in Mexican style recipes, Indonesian recipes, all types of recipes that need a bit of citrus and heat combo. Try it on sliced baked sweet potatoes sprayed with pam and sprinkled with brown sugar, delicious! It works with chicken, fish, and pork and enhances all wonderfully. Mrs. Dash should put out a cook book for it, but you can just have fun with it yourselves!
