Shuffle Play!!!
I read the reviews and took a shot on this and happy I did. This is a no-frills MP3 player - you charge it up, load songs, hook it to a speaker or headphone and listen to music. No WiFi, no Bluetooth, no overly complex product with features you don't need or require you to login and have your activity monitored. PROs: * Small and lightweight - I thought I was shipped an empty box until I opened it. * Sliding power button - probably one of its best features - no, not the sliding button with a spring you have to hold for x seconds to power up or down, this my friends is a simple power switch. Slide it one way, its ON, slide the other way, its off. No waiting for power-ups, shut downs, etc. In the middle of song and you have to shut it off? - just flip the switch and you're done. * Has internal memory! - I didn't read the description in detail, so maybe I missed this, but I hooked it up to my computer to charge, fully prepared to rip open the 32GB micro SD card I bought with it to load songs and viola, the MP3 player has its own flash drive. I apologize, I don't recall the size the size, but I loaded well over 4GB of MP3s without and issue and they played fine. * Battery seems good and long, I connected it to a passive speaker and it played for well over six hours without issue. Pretty sure it will go much longer, but I haven't tested it extensively. * Simply a great device if you just want a simple MP3 player without worrying about running your phone's battery down, buying a Bluetooth speaker, or forgetting to grab your phone that you connected to a wired speaker. CONs: *It's small, lightweight and made of plastic (not bad things), so while it's tempting to throw in your pocket, I'd worry about snapping it in half. It's not flimsy per se, but I wouldn't risk dropping it or putting it somewhere it might get tossed around or compressed. * My only complaint (hence the four star rating) is there is no shuffle option - at least not that I've been able to find. As others have stated, there doesn't seem to be a good way to choose songs. Personally, I don't need to pick a specific song, I just want to listen to music in a random order. So far it appears to either play in the order songs were loaded in or alphabetic order - haven't paid really looked into which. I know many modern cars with USB ports for playing MP3s go the former route. There is software you can download to select the play order for such devices, but the problem is still the same for me - the player will always play the songs in the same order. I assumed this was the case when I bought it, I was just hoping it wasn't. All-in-all, it's still a great player at a reasonable price. Updated 10-12-18 Found the shuffle play! Maybe this is in the manual I haven't read, but if you're playing a song and press the M button, the player will show some additional menu items. Among them is shuffle. Select it then scroll to YES (no seems to be the default). Press the center button then you're golden. Really love this player now.

Durable and value for money 💰
Vary good product. Value for money. I bought this a good music player with minimum screen time. It proved to be a quality product. Simple to use and also easy to sun add/remove music using regular windows Laptop. We accidentally washed it in machine as well 😃 and after drying for a day it works as it was. I definitely recommend this …. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Simple, Lightweight, and Holds Tons of Music
This little MP3 player is lightweight, simple, and holds a ton of music. The Bluetooth connects quickly, and the battery life is impressive. The screen is small but clear, and the menus are easy to navigate once you get used to them. ✔️ Pros 64GB built‑in storage Long battery life Bluetooth 5.3 Lightweight and portable Supports extra TF card ✘ Cons Buttons feel a little old‑school Screen is tiny 💭 Overall Thoughts: A great little music player if you want something simple, portable, and distraction‑free. Perfect for workouts, walking, or anyone who doesn’t want to carry their phone.

Manual Not For Product Delivered
Apparently, they created a new version of the product. I know this, because that's what the manual is for. But it talks about features that the delivered device doesn't have. The user interface is truly atrocious. The pathetic thing about it is, I wouldn't care at all if they simply included the correct manual. I don't mind learning a difficult interface. But when the interface is not discoverable, and various features require pressing multiple buttons simultaneously, then you have to be able to look it up and find out which buttons to press. There is no other way. If instead of the WRONG manual they had included a web address of a PDF with the correct manual, the problem would be significantly reduced. But this is just intentionally dishonest; they printed the wrong number of manuals, or built the wrong number of devices, and just mix-and-matched. But they don't have the same software. They don't have the same menus. If you change the software, you should update the product model number and this would never happen. A simple and important feature like the screensaver settings are listed in the manual, but not in the device menu. Does this mean you can't change the settings? Who knows. The interface also lags really bad. Press pause; now press play. There is such a long delay between pressing the button and the music starting that the natural instinct is to press it again; but if you do that, it plays about 1/5th of a second of music and then pauses again. Immediately. If the music is paused and press play/pause twice, rapidly, it instantly plays this short blip of music before returning to being paused. But if you just press it once, it sits there thinking about it before even starting. Very klunky interface. The sound quality is pretty bad, too. Setting the EQ to "rock" gives a flatter response than "off," they simply didn't bother tuning the defaults to give a flat response. So none of the EQ settings do what they were intended to do! All they had to do was tune the no-EQ settings, and the EQ formulas would all be good. But without that, they're not. Overall, the experience is worse than one of those old USB stick players with no screen and 3 buttons. The one and only advantage of this device is that it is rechargeable.

RUIZU 64 GB Bluetooth MP3 Player – The Perfect Phone‑Free Music Companion
I bought the RUIZU MP3 player for my son’s after‑school workouts and it turned out to be the ideal solution for anyone who wants to enjoy music without the temptation of a smartphone nearby. The 64 GB of onboard storage holds thousands of songs, so there’s never a need to constantly sync or worry about space. Bluetooth 5.3 connects instantly to wireless headphones and stays stable even during vigorous runs, while the built‑in FM tuner provides a quick way to catch the news or a favorite station without turning on a phone. The interface is deliberately simple—large icons, a clear backlit display, and a single‑press play/pause button make it easy for kids and for anyone who doesn’t want to fumble through menus. Battery life is impressive, delivering up to 20 hours of continuous playback, which means a full week of workouts or a weekend road trip without hunting for a charger. One feature that truly sets this player apart for me is the “night‑mode” alarm. You can load soothing tracks or a gentle FM broadcast and set the device to wake you up, all while keeping your phone out of the bedroom. It’s a great way to avoid falling asleep next to a buzzing smartphone and still have quality audio at hand. The sturdy clip on the back lets the player attach securely to a belt or backpack, and the splash‑resistant case survives accidental drops and light rain—perfect for sports practice or outdoor adventures. Overall, the RUIZU 64 GB MP3 player delivers high‑capacity storage, reliable Bluetooth performance, and a distraction‑free listening experience in a compact, kid‑friendly package. Highly recommend for anyone who wants music, radio, and an alarm without the constant pull of a cell phone.

works, but terrible interface
Disclaimer: I have only used this player for mp3's. I use my phone for files in m4a or m4b format. PROS: I love the slim profile of this player, but that's just a bonus. I bought it for audiobooks and podcasts, and continue to use it because it does fulfill that function fairly well for me. First, it takes high-capacity SD cards. I load lots of items at a time, so that was crucial. Second, it retains a listener's place, whether you turn if off in mid-sentence or whether you pause play first; if the former, all you have to do is turn it back on, make sure your wired earbuds are ready to go, and start listening (it will start playing automatically). If you paused before turning the player off, then you need to toggle play on before it will continue playing, but it will start from the spot you paused. This is important if using Bluetooth earbuds/phones, as the player will take a moment to reconnect with them, so if using bluetooth make sure to pause before you shut the player off or when you turn it back on, your book will begin playing but your buds/phones won't be connected at first and you'll miss a sentence or two. (On lesser-quality Chinese-made bluetooth devices, you'll need to manually turn bluetooth on in the player's main menu before the low-quality Chinese buds/phones will connect--a big pain.) Anyhow, these auto-bookmarking functionalities are absolutely essential if one is listening to long audiobooks. Third, this player will also speed up to 1.33x normal, also a non-negotiable need for me because I want to go through material as quickly as possible (I use the player to intake information that helps me at work). With this player, you don't have to reset the higher speed for each new file you play; once you set the speed, everything will be played at that rate. These were the three features I absolutely had to have, and I looked at all the players Amazon lists in order to find one that fulfilled all the criteria. Tried a couple of others which claimed to also do these things but which did not work quite as advertised (in one, IIRC, the speed feature required resetting for each file; in another, the setting simply didn't work at all). There were at least two players which could speed things up and auto-bookmark one's place at shutdown but which either didn't take SD cards at all, or just took little ones (the Sandisk Clipjam is a good example of the latter). So for me, this player is really my only current option. CONS: The interface is just awful. There's no physical volume button; you have to press and hold the place that says "Volume", which is the bottom place on the circular outer button rim. If you just press and release (make a normal button-press), the player will kick you out to a menu and you have to make a couple of other button-presses to get back to the actual file you're playing (it takes a bunch of trial and error to figure out which presses those are and which menu item to choose when you're almost there; and you can do it either by pressing the up or the down button, but the down button requires a lot more presses so use up). Even worse is the fast-forward and reverse feature. Very unintuitively, you have to be PLAYING the file in order to reverse or FF. If you are paused and you try to perform these actions, you will be kicked back to the previous file or the succeeding file, and you will lose your place in the current chapter (or whatever unit that file contains). Then you have to get back to your current file, start PLAYING it, and FF until you get to more or less the point you were previously. And you will forget to press PLAY before fast-forwarding or reversing, because no other digital audio players have ever worked this way. We are all accustomed to being able to fast-forward or reverse when the file is paused. So that's a huge flaw. Another problem is that the up-down and side-to-side buttons only work as expected on the main menu, which has 3 rows. You want to go across the rows, you press the side button for right or left, depending on the direction you need. If you want to go up or down a column, you press the top or bottom buttons. So far, so good. But once you get into the submenus--and there are a lot of them, which you _will_ be forced to use--you have to press the SIDE BUTTONS TO GO UP AND DOWN. It's utterly unintuitive. If you press the up or down button, you will get kicked out of the menu you're trying your best to use. And you _will_ press the up or down button and have this problem, because again, NO other player ever marketed in the US or Europe has ever worked this way. It is a source of constant amazement that nobody can come up with a player that has all the right features for audiobooks/podcasts and also has a decent interface. I'd pay double what I paid for the Ruizu. Or even triple, since this seems to be such a difficult task.

Top notch.
Good amount of space, with convenient buttons to navigate the rewind and fast forward.

LET ME ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS
Couple of things to note: -button commands can be a little funky--read the owner's manual -comes with cheap, virtually useless earphones -comes with charger -sound quality is fine on decent output hardware--little bass heavier than what i'm used to for default -does not work with iTunes and does not access the internet -file transfer easily done via computer click and drag, copy/cut and paste, or whatever. no need to install a third party software. -song names show up as file name instead of song title if they're different under properties if you're picky about that -does expand with micro sd as stated, though you may need to use a key or something to make sure the sd card goes in all the way and locks in place. kinda hurt my finger a bit trying before i resorted to the key. --on that note, files saved to the micro sd may show up on another external drive on your computer, and the files on it are not lumped together with the files on the device's main storage, but can be accessed through another menu selection. something to keep in mind if you want all your music in one place rather than split up!! -decent battery life i have not tried using it for photo or video storage, and i wouldn't recommend it because the screen quality looks like an old flip phone i have not yet tried the radio either since i rarely use it i have not yet tried the voice recording so i can't say much for its quality either overall, beyond my expectations for the price. my 16 gig ipod ran out of space for my music library since i follow a lot of artists on bandcamp and soundcloud and stuff so my library is always expanding--so i'm glad a 128gb micro sd goes in just fine. arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Never thought MP3 can be this Sexy!
Sexiest MP3 music experience ever in my entire life.. Orgasms are indescribable in words with Realme wireless neckband 5 ANC.. Lack of ambience & distortion at higher volume.. are the main drawbacks of MP3.. I don't understand how Chinese managed to remove these drawbacks.. successfully.. with this sweetest device..

Plays well and is very light and thin - does the job for the price
Another good buy for me in 2025. This player is very very light and thin, it has the FM radio and I can listen to audio books or music too. Bought it in gold. Use it with the little headphones that come with it and with ipods, work fine. Rather easy to put my music or audiobook in using my laptop and there is a little book for instructions. The only bother is to remember how to navigate using the arrows in the front, like many users mention in the reviews. But well after a while you get it and for the price I am very happy with my purchase.
