Does chickwish consider size xl to be size 8 or 10 in usa? i'm referring to the open knit cardigan coat

It has an oversized fit - I would say the XL is more like a 12 us sizing

How does it run and does it stretch?

Not much. Keeps its shape which is rare for a sweater coat.

Is this an oversize fit or is small big enough?

This is normal for so pls but your normal size .. I buy M or L in Tshirts , but I bought a small here since I am petite the jackets always tend to be big on me . The S was perfect but it was too bulky so I had to return it .. but I loved the colour and fit .

Where do I locate accessories like boots. purse to match caramel cardigan coat?

Black accessories always look great!
