My question is like how long will the swivel part of the stand will last before it starts to loosen up and not work anymore. Can anybody answer this?

No, no buttons to press. It is a friction fit so you just adjust to the angle desired. I have had mine (2 of them) for about 2 months now and so far they have stayed snug and easily hold their angle (until you adjust to a different angle).

Is ghis compatible with an android 10

I don’t know what an android 10 is or looks like, but it works fine with my iPhone 7 and my iPad as shown in the video. Hope this helps.

Can it hold a phone with an otter box case?

Yes. The phone we use with it is a samsung 9 note with a pretty thick case and it fits no problem.
