Had no impact on my intended usage (improved sleep) but that's likely just because I wasn't deficient in the first place, I had no evidence that I was but was just trying this on the off-chance based on recommendations. It didn't work for me but the product itself I have no issues with. It is high dosage and well manufactured.

Unfortunately I won't be buying these again. Nothing wrong with the quality, but this brand still gives me acid reflux, if not taken with a big meal, so no good for a bedtime supplement. It does seem to help with my restless legs, but overall, this one is not for me.
