So far so good
I had the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Lightspeed Wireless mouse before this one, but after 2 years it started double-clicking on both left and right mouse button in addition to the scroll wheel doing whatever it felt like doing. None of the tips and tricks online worked for more than a few minutes, so I had to jump ship. After some searching I decided on this model because of the size, so far I have used it for ~10 days so I can share my initial thoughts. It's perfect size for my hand, which for reference is a size Medium in latex gloves, 7-8 in women's gloves, and my grip is something between palm and fingertip grip. It's noticeably heavier than my old mouse, which took some getting used to, but it feels more sturdy which I appreciate. The mouse buttons are a tiny bit more stiff than the Superlight, but I also haven't accidentally clicked any buttons so that's a plus for me. By no means are the buttons hard to click, just to be clear, they just aren't super anxiously ready to click like my old mouse. All new peripherals takes some getting used to, but it was clear from the start I would enjoy using this mouse. I like that it's a simple gaming mouse with just the essential buttons and decent hardware. It has a USB-C charging port so I can use the same cable as I use for my headset and keyboard, as opposed to my old mouse that would only fit micro USB. It charges fast and keeps the battery really well, I have only charged it a couple times for a short time and it hasn't gone below 50% battery yet despite fairly heavy daily use. It was just plug and play, the Logitech software picked it up right away so I just put my sens in and started using it. I haven't experienced any input lag, stuttering or other issues at all, it performs just as well as my old mouse. I mostly play FPS games so any issues with accuracy or lag would reveal itself pretty quickly, but I can only blame myself for any flubbs. The price seems high when you buy things like keyboards and mice, but if you break it down to how many minutes use you get out of it the price makes a lot of sense. I was annoyed my old mouse broke as it cost me about £150 when I bought it and a 2 year lifespan didn't seem near long enough, but in terms of minutes used and clicks clicked it was honestly probably right. If this mouse lasts me 2 years I will definitely say it was good value, only time will tell. I will for sure update this review when the mouse does give out, so as long as this review remains 5* the mouse is still going strong. I bought the fuschia pink Superlight Pro X lightspeed keyboard to match my old Superlight 2 mouse that I also had in a fushia pink, so the colour of this mouse wasn't exactly great for me but I'll somehow survive. Wish there was even a single colour option to maybe be able to match it with any existing peripherals, as my setup was fairly expensive so I like the aesthetic to make a little sense. Even just a black mouse honestly. I changed the light on the mouse to be a steady fuschia, it's something I suppose.

Best mouse ever!
If you have seen this mouse advertised all over Instagram in peoples desk set-up/videos, then you know it is highly requested. I had the Razer quartz previously and kept clicking on the button at the side which would make me go back to the previous page. So i saw the Aura collection from Logitech and was intrigued mainly due to the aesthetics and pretty lights! So I purchased this and so glad that I did! The size is smaller yet fits perfectly in my hand, the curve design making my hand feel comfortable, the battery lasts a few days and I am using my imac all day long and yes you guessed it... it works perfectly with Mac. I am so so pleased with this purchase, would definitely recommend.

Aesthetic gaming mouse from Logitech
I'll be honest, I'm not that deep into the tech/keyboard/mice space, and I was mainly drawn to this mouse just for clean design and aesthetics. Right out of the box I wasn't actually too impressed, but after I've figured out how to customise it, I think it's decent. It's geared towards people with smaller hands (I have small hands and wear size 6 UK gloves, and the whole mouse rests across my fingers to the end of my palm very comfortably). I love the round profile, and the divot for your thumb on the side. Weighing in at 85g it is on the heavier side for a gaming mouse. The RGB lights are only the strip covering the back of the mouse (the translucent portions adjacent to the left/right click doesn't light up), although you can customise their exact colours, and the strip has 3 separate individual lighting portions and you can also adjust the brightness. It's got multi connectivity, so you can either use bluetooth, dongle (2.4 GHz) or wired (with dongle and wire included in the box). Bluetooth is straightforward, you just long press the connectivity button on the underside and select the mouse in your device's bluetooth settings. It uses a USB-C rechargeable integrated battery, and I've found even with the RGB lights on it lasts a long time (about a week in between charges for me, although this may depend on your usage). Set up/customisation was on the harder side to figure out. It uses a different app than other logitech productivity mice (so not Logi Options), probably because it's a 'gaming' mouse. I had to download a new app called Logitech G Hub. Connecting it onto the app was also a struggle. I couldn't get the app to see/ register the mouse on bluetooth, so I had to use the dongle for it to work (which is a hassle on macbooks as you need a USB-A to USB-C adapter). Once in the app, you can adjust your DPI settings, map your buttons and customise the RGB lighting. I do like all the options available via the app but it's just not intuitive and I think some functions are just not there like with Logi Options for the logitech pebble mice etc. In the app, you can have multiple DPI speeds (you can add a 4th/5th one on), and map a button to cycle through them. The customisable buttons include the 2 thumb buttons (on page forward/back automatically), the wheel click and the DPI cycle button (if you don't want to use it for changing DPI). In addition to simple OS things like getting spotlight search up, it gives you the option for more advanced stuff like recording Macros and then mapping it to a button. However, I was surprised that there's no automatic mapping for even simple things like desktop view or launchpad on the Mac, so I had to look up what the keyboard shortcuts were for those and create individual Macros for them (it gives an option to 'record' keystrokes). I still haven't figured out how to get horizontal scroll working even with a 'hold shift' macro.... whereas in Logi options it's as simple as a toggle. To get all these customisations to stay when you are using the mouse via bluetooth, you need to save your settings onto the G705's on board computer. This was also not intuitive in the app. I figured out that you need to have 'on board mode' turned on (i.e. blue rather than greyed out on the app), then following this you need to go into the 'profile' area and use the drop down menu to select your wanted settings and then it will save. I think like a lot of other pro reviews out there, I agree that this mouse is if you really like the look. There are much better options for a fraction of the cost on the market and the 'inclusivity' marketing for this mouse (ie that it's for women) is a bit cringey. Pros: - RGB lighting - Clean design - App support (albeit clunky) - Connectivity options (bluetooth/ dongle/ wired) - Supports multi device bluetooth - Ergonomic shape - Space underneath the mouse's back plate to store the dongle when not using (the shell magnetises onto the body) - Nice feet, glides well and removable/changeable. - Rechargeable, long battery life. Cons: - Loud clicks (not silent like the pebble) - No infinite scroll wheel, feels quite hard and quite 'ratchety' actually. Scroll wheel material (this translucent TPU) also gets mucky/dirty in colour over time (just look up a few listings for used versions on line). - App can't connect to mouse via bluetooth (on Macs anyway, this is well documented on forums), so you have to use the USB dongle. - Expensive price, not competitive on the market.

Great gaming mouse
Amazing mouse if you have small hands. Very smooth and comfortable to hold. The lights work great and sync with other products as well as games you are currently playing

Love this mouse
love love love this mouse. it’s super light and it’s smaller for smaller hands. i’ve never had any problems with it. there’s a button below the scroll wheel which changes the DPI, with logitech G hub you can set different DPI’s for each click. It’s so pretty and goes amazing with a white setup
