This is NOT food grade, and thus cannot be consumed medicinally. I use it to wash floors and for laundry purposes. You must specifically search for 'food grade' H2O2.

can this be used to remove ear wax?

I am not a medical expert but I have read that a hydrogen peroxide/water mixture can be used.

Don't know but I have heard that a small amount in water can be used to water plants to control tiny bugs from laying eggs in the potting soil.
