Great quality - used for starting base for hat-head bands and for waistband.
Got both 4" and 2" wide of this product. (Nicely packaged in a small white box to store the extra on roll in sewing area.) I use this for making a wide head band that I edged with twill tape on connecting seam (easy to sew on machine with heavy needle.) Then I cover with basted on batting for shape and add my fabrics to build a hat. Strong with a sturdy stretch that does not feel flabby. 4 inch retains vertical stand but can be folded. Also used as a wide waistband. Soft enough not to irritate skin. Great product. Purchased again.

Would probably buy again
This definitely will roll down when used for a waistband. Found an awesome round tablecloth that I made into a circular skirt and this stuff works good and has held up well.

Tight
Service was good, but I ended up not using it. Not enough stretch for what I needed.

Regular jeans into maternity jeans
✫ Used this to turn regular jeans into maternity jeans. ✫ Has a decent stretch while still remaining firm enough to keep its shape. ✫ Can stretch to a little more than double its length. How I used it for maternity jeans: 1.) I cut out the pockets on a pair of jeans that I could fit over my thighs but could not button. 2.) After cutting out pockets, I put jeans on and buttoned them to gauge how much elastic I'd need on each side to fit my new belly. 3.) Having a gap of roughly 8 inches on each side, I cut two strips of 5 inches of elastic (knowing it would stretch to 8 plus inches). 4.) I used a basting stitch to tack the strips to where the waistband was cut. 5.) I then pinned the rest to the top of the pockets that remained. 6.) Lastly, I secured everything with a wide zigzag stitch.
