I bought this unit mainly for the pelvic floor exerciser. The tens part works great, and the pelvic floor exerciser works great. It works as it should by contracting the rectal walls just like you were doing a Kegal exercise. The only thing you have to be careful of is the round ring on the end that is designed to keep it from going in to far is not very big and it is possible for it to go in further past the stop ring. It happened to me once. Best way to use is to insert it and lay down on couch or bed. Be sure to use the kegel setting on the tens unit. If you get the wrong setting it can send some unpleasant jolts through the region. It really has helped me.

I liked that it is a TENS as a Muscle stimulator unit. I found that it likes the batteries a lot. I suggest using a 1600mHR. rechargeable battery as AA Alcalan batteries don't last long. Overall It serves my purposes.

Find one whose buttons function, are legible and work.Have yet to properly hook this up and use.The manual is poorly reproduced and nearly illegible.I've had 5 or more during my lifetime and never saw one this poorly designed.It's a bad design overall, I'll save the pads, remove the haz items (all electronics have them) and toss the rest away.Manufactur sent an email, I explained issues and never heard back.

The device has EMS able to help strengthen pelvic floor muscles . No more weak bladders . And it even had Tens pain relief setting for my partners back pain. My only issue with it was that the device connector for usb plug started cut of power if tried to move device . I rate it a 8/10

Very good Tens unit with everything fitting in included case. However, the pelvic floor attachment is painful to use.

It is a handy size and does what it is supposed to do; relieve muscular pain.

I bought this for 2 reasons. One, my right leg is always tight. I had a stroke and am trying to get back to myself. And the second is because it comes with a Kegel exerciser. I was let down for the fact that it only comes with 2 electrodes and not 4.

For this price point ,this thing outperforms . I am 100% satisfied w this purchase. it's an upgrade so not for beginners. And experienced users, you will not find a situation that this machine will not have a setting for. The display is simple but very easy to understand. And don't be fooled by the simple. This thing packs power for days. and it is a true rare gem for a machine at this price because it truly has separate EMS and TENS settings. The extra accessories are just a huge cherry on top. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
