Fail After Use.
I bought the nice unit, but am concerned about reliability and durability. I used mine one time to test my audio amplifier, running it through audio frequency courses. The unit worked great. Once I completed my test, I carefully stored the unit in its box. When I came back to use it a 2nd time, approximately 3-months later, If found that the oscillator still worked, but the signal strenght or the output impedance went very high and the amplitude adjustments no longer work. I can still use it to produce varied frequencies and waveforms, but my equipment that I attach the generator to must have in input Z in the range of 750K - 1M or more.I'd like to fix this broken signal generator, but don't have a schematic. So, I guess I'll toss it into the trash!I have since bought 6-more of these unit. They are fabulous. Stability is 100% Repeatability is 100%. My only concern is longevity.

Square Wave lacks an adjustable duty cycle, 50% duty cycle is fixed.
The waveform generator has an adjustable amplitude (Peak to peak voltage) and voltage offset, which seemed to work as advertised according to my oscilloscope. Easy to switch between the different waveforms (Square, sawtooth, sine, noise and others.). But I found out that the square wave didn't have an adjustable duty cycle, instead was fixed at 50%, so it wasn't useful to test a PWM-based diode laser module.

Inexpensive and useful. Be careful with audio use!
Some reviewers mention using this for audio. Be careful if the devices are DC coupled. The generator allows DC offset that you need to minimize and the trim pot is less than 1 turn. Also if you don’t center the offset you will clip the sine waves. However, center on the offset won’t actually be where the pointer on the knob is. The adjustment is too course for where the knob slots onto the trim pot.

Great learning tool
As an electrical engineering student, I bought this as a low-cost option for when I need an extra input signal for projects. Considering how expensive bench equipment can get, this thing has exceeded my expectations. Still not sure who the ECG output is for, though.

great
Just what the doctor ordered - generating sine and other basic waveforms, easily, at low cost. I haven't done an extensive analysis on accuracy, but it appears to be good, at first pass.

Nice little function generator
Amazing what you can get for under 30 bucks these days. This wall function generator does just about everything, and offer a value price. The controls take a little getting used to, but that is a small price to pay for what you get, highly recommend.

Great For What It Is, Buy It
This is an extremely handy little signal generator. Buy one, even if you don't need it, it's faster and easier than starting up the benchtop function generator just to make a simple sine or square wave, which for me is 90% of my use cases. The signals are fairly clean, the HS signals are ehhhh at best but hey it is what it is and at this price level who cares.Oh, I do have 1 real complaint and that is the BNC connectors (on mine at least) are horrible, just the worst connectors ever made but maybe I just got a bad one in that aspect.
