I have been drinking this for 60+ days. Best decision I have ever made was purchasing this tea. Great taste, keeps me regulated without the pain and bloat. Great for people who has problems with constipation. Healthier than taking pills. Works best if used first thing in the morning to avoid sleep interruption. Very refreshing.

Effective and delicious. I drink in 12oz of water with no sugar or honey. Let steep for at least 8 minutes . I leave the bag in my cup to get as much Senna as I can. I drink an hour or 2 before bedtime and by 10am, the following day, I am able to use the bathroom. Nothing urgent or sickly, just a nice normal movement. I highly recommend

The tea does wonders if you have digestive motility issues. I would say be careful not to drink too much of it though. The taste is okay if you like licorice flavors. I do and it is still a little strong for me in a tea. I think the price was fair enough.

This. Stuff. Works. Traditional Medicinals Organic Smooth Move tea does exactly what the name says. I take medication that sometimes binds me up and I'm not fond of taking more pills to combat something caused by pills. Instead, I have a cup of Smooth Move tea before bed, (I use 2 teabags), and in the morning, job done. I will admit, the flavor of Smooth Move isn't my favorite so I don't think of it as a relaxing sipping tea. It tastes a little funky to me, like a touch of licorice and other herbs that have a weird after taste, but it's not so bad that I can't drink a whole mug, I just drink it quickly. Honestly, though, I don't care how it tastes, I'd hold my nose and down it if I had to because IT WORKS. I also have to say that this tea does cause me cramps. It's not so bad that it wakes me up during the night, but when I wake up I definitely feel the tea working. However, just as with not enjoying the flavor, the cramping is a side effect that is tolerable for the guaranteed outcome. I absolutely recommend Traditional Medicinals Organic Smooth Move tea. I feel better using this product than taking OTC pills that usually don't work, when I know Smooth Move will work every single time.

I am so grateful for Smooth Move! For context, I am on Wegovy and suffer occasional constipation. This tea does was it's suppose to do - help keeps things moving and grooving! Obviously, you have to be careful with stimulant laxatives because they can be habit forming. However, I used this twice in the few months that I bought them - once when I first started Wegovy, and just last week due to fiber gummies blocking up my system. I was able to get back to being regular after using this product sparring. This tea is deceiving, but in the best way. Do not overdo it the first time. Definitely steep in boiling water for 15 minutes ,and start with one cup if you are constipated. If it seems like it's not working in the first 12 hours, give it a day or two for it to gently clean out your system. For me, I usually have a small movement by the morning, and another one in the evening. This will not give you a terrible urge like a traditional laxative - let it work with your body, and take it one cup at a time. It also have a pleasant, gingery taste. I mix it with the ginger yuzu fruit team compote from H mart and it's delicious!

This tea always works for me. I hate taking pills, so I always try this first. I figure worse case I have to resort to medicine if it doesn't work. I usually start with half of a cup and see results 15-16 hours later. I'm sure if I did a full cup it would be sooner. I also like the light taste.
