I tried to wash off the soap scum in our tub immediately after taking a bath and even with vigorous scrubbing I would have been better off using a rag because they hold up better. There is no identifiable cleaning product in these sponges. Our household has two major purposes for the major competitor. (The competitor’s sponges have always worked) The first is wiping down the soap scum in our tubs and sinks. And the second is to wipe down our walls after our chocolate lab lovingly leaves her muddy fur. These are not big cleaning jobs and this product is definitely not a “Magic Eraser.” If I could give these a negative star, I would.
