I recently tried Meat Church Texas Chili Seasoning for the first time, and I am absolutely hooked! I used it to make a smoked Texas chili, and it took the flavor to a whole new level. I've been an avid lover and maker of chili for 40 years. I've followed and created many recipes. I purchased this package and received it today. I followed the video on YouTube created by one of the fine gentleman at Meat Church BBQ. I did not stray from what he did. May I say this is the best chili I have ever eaten!! We really enjoyed the flavor of this seasoning. There’s enough in the bag for several batches of chili. Easily one of the tastiest chili seasonings we’ve tried.

I don't like spicy at all. What I mean by mild is barely present spice profile. Need to add other spices. Good starter.

I went online to Meat Church and downloaded some of their Texas-style chili recipes. You will NOT be disappointed! This seasoning is absolutely fantastic tasting in any chili you want to put together. Give it a try!
