Works very well
i shall not be using it for truffles. There is a black plastic Mictoplane i wanted purly for slicing, but as the rest of mine are the wooden handles. useful for slicing garlic and spring onions, the blade is very sharp

The best I’ve used
The best zester and mini mandolin I’ve used yet, you can get amazing thin shaves of Parmesan garlic, radish and truffles with the blade or use the grater to finely grate or zest stuff

Unable to adjust metal blade, totally useless for slicing.
Looked a good design in terms of combined slicer and grater, very poor quality slicing mechanism. Returned as completely unusable for slicing truffle.
