I vas very ill recently and my head was pounding. I also had a neck injury. I used this pack for my head and neck. I didn’t have to hold it still because of the Velcro strap. I felt way more comfortable and I know this helped my swelling go down. It stays in our freezer ready for use.

Really helps with sinus headaches.

This ice pack was really helpful and felt amazing over my eyes and head — it definitely brought relief when I needed it. Unfortunately, it only lasted about 2–3 months before it broke. I’ve had similar products last much longer, so it was a bit of a disappointment when this one gave out. Overall, it works great while it’s intact, but durability could be improved.
