Not your typical "audiophile" (audiophool) product.
I am not one who typically spends money on gimmicks or hoaxes. These are not that. These serve a purpose and work exceptionally well for the money. I've seen data on how these work and what they effectively do, and if you need more convincing, the data is easily found on the internet. From my perspective, understanding the purpose/intent of these, the design is great. It's somewhat hard to describe the design, but there are drawings/schematics available on the internet. Essentially, they suspend the weight of the device. The top of the puck does not sit directly on top of the bottom; it is sort of suspended by a flexible skirt. The limitation of this design is that it can be overloaded. The advantage is within the rated range. I can't think of a better way to decouple the device from the surface it is sitting on. Spikes do not reduce vibrations; they just change their frequency and are intended to couple the device to the floor. The philosophy of these is the opposite. Instead of tightly binding the device to the floor, it entirely separates it. If you are using these appropriately, within their rated range, you will completely eliminate/isolate your device from vibrations. This improves the performance of speakers, turntables, CD, BluRay players, etc, but also theoretically extends the life of your electronics by reducing stressors that may introduce material fatigue.

Very good at isolating bookshelf speakers
I have a pair of KEF LS50 on my desktop at home and the vibration transferred to the table was really excessive. My first attempt to tame the reverberations was by placing Auralex ProPads, which helped a lot. However I found them esthetically challenged as they tend to accumulate a lot of dust and grime and are very hard to clean due to their rugged and porous surface . So I tried the ISO-Pucks: Installation was a breeze as there are no screw or complex mounting instructions that needs to be followed. One just have to place 3 or 4 pucks under each speaker, make sure the placement roughly symmetrical and that the speakers are stable. It is always possible to move them later. There is a marked reduction of vibrations transffered to the table. It's not a 100% isolation but it's better than the ProPads and when I place my hand of the table surface when playing loud I can barely feel a tiny amount of vibrations. So yes, it definitively does the job of reducing vibrations. Does it make the speakers sounds better? Yes it does. It's not a transformation but the sound does get clearer and more defined. I definitively recommend them if you have a similar speaker set and placement problems. Is there anything that could be improved? Well, there is no height adjustment so the speakers will be at a constant height and always parallel to the table surface. However IsoAccoustics does offer other products that enable height and angle control but I decided to try their pucks instead of the speaker's stands. Does it look better? I attached the before and after pictures so you may judge for yourself. I personally think that the change a positive one and it also allows me to clean the table under the speakers.

Work great but very expensive
These work great, very well made however very expensive for their purpose. Iโm using them under my Otari MX5050 reel to reel to control vibrations on rack. Placed them directly under the original feet and fit perfectly. It is hard to reposition such a heavy machine with the suction of the pucks.

Excellent, elegant product.
These pucks work as good as they look. I have two sets of them, one set under my center speaker, the other set under my CD player. With the pucks installed both components have gained clarity and enhanced performance. The CD player naturally has the loin's share of noticeable improved sound quality. I HIGHLY recommend these pucks for your home system. I also own the Gaia III feet which I also HIGHLY recommend for your tower speakers. The ISO-pucks and Gaia feet are superb products. The weight rating for these pucks as per the included literature is 20 lbs per puck, 80 lbs per set of four. I'm in no way affiliated with IsoAcoustics. I purchased these products on my own with no incentive or discount.

Wow!
These are the best isolators I have ever used. I put the mini pucks under my Dac and transport. The difference in focus is amazing. Iโm buying the larger76 model for under my mono block amps. Also bought the Isoacoustics Gaia lllโs for my Wilson Sashaโs. These are not inexpensive, but the result is worth ever penny

Terrific Approach to Decoupling
It's not until you use these that you really recognize (hear) the resonant coupling that occurs between speakers and the surfaces they are on. I started using ISO-Pucks to reduce subwoofer vibration in my listening space - not only did they do that, but surprising to me, bass transients improved as well. With that positive experience, I'm now moving to use ISO-Pucks to isolate my large bookshelf speakers from the surface they are on. If there is a downside, to me they seem to be a little expensive for what they appear to be -- maybe they're more sophisticated inside than I am aware, but their price/ea seems a little steep.

Great for Subwoofer Isolation!
You have to have an ear to appreciate this product. Iโm using 4 iso-pucks to support the Yamaha hs8s down firing subwoofer. The subwoofer has semi isolating feet but there was still reverb in the wood floor and low frequencies were excessively boomy. Adding these help distribute to bass through the room instead through the floor. Now I feel I can turn the volume up louder without upsetting my downstairs neighbors. Keep in mind things still vibrate but itโs the result of sound reverb rather than the kinetic movement of the sub. Tighter bass, better sound quality.

Great product. You'll love these!
I love the way Isoacoustics works. Placed these under my amp to keep vibrations at bay. So far, everything I get from them is worth every penny. I also recommend their speaker stands and subwoofer stands.

Impressed .. made a difference
I was sceptical whether or not there would be an effect. But you hear the bass tighten up and more of it. This was the weak point for my speaker so no need to replace them now. I got the kick in the base I wanted. Very impressed with this product even at this high price.

Very sturdy. Does what it says.
Using it for my DAC. Solid and steady as rock. Considering using it for my other components.
