Are these completely plastic-free?

They are composed of wheat fiber and PP plastic

Are these really dishwasher and microwave safe? I just received them and there is no label to say that they actually are which is surprising.

I wash the container in the dishwasher all the time: no problems, no warping. I do handwash the lids. I am not sure about the microwave as I use these for cold snacks.
