I absolutely love Takesumi Supreme. I used it after my CT scan, after surgery where I was put under anesthesia, and even gave it to my toddler after a recent X-ray. Activated charcoal is known for binding to toxins and helping remove them from the body. After my surgery, I could really feel the difference — it helped reduce that heavy, sluggish feeling I often get after anesthesia, and I felt lighter and more energized within a day. I’m so happy I took it!

This is a really quality product that I wouldn't be without. Any sign of the stomach flu or food poisoning or just general absorption of toxins (like after an x-ray), this is my go to. I usually take 2 at a time. I've heard that you really can't take too many as long as you take it away from other vitamins and back off if you notice constipation. I would highly recommend having this in your cupboard.
