This chair is perfect. The seat cushion is comfortable, soft but supportive. I am 6 ft. 1, 186 pounds and this chair fits perfectly. This is probably the easiest chair i have ever assembled. The design makes it easy for anyone to assemble. The instructions are on a nice large, glossy, easy to read poster with pictures and words. The foot rest is a little short for me but it works. The whole chair seems to be quality built. The only negative is the recline lever is almost out of reach even with my long arms. The heights adjustment is further up and easier to reach. The headrest is in the perfect spot. I tried 3 other chairs and this one wins by a mile.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this chair deserves one. I’ve had a gaming chair for the past four years and didn’t realize how much it was subtly irritating my nervous system until I switched to this one. I have nighttime tactile sensitivity, meaning if the surface behind my back isn’t smooth and evenly padded, I constantly adjust trying to find the “perfect” position. It’s exhausting. With my old chair, I would shift for 5 to 10 minutes before settling. The straps and segmented padding created pressure lines I couldn’t ignore. This chair is completely different. The backrest is soft, uniform, and evenly padded. No ridges. No pressure points. No micro shifting. The fabric is smooth and doesn’t wrinkle like PU leather. The seat is wide and flat, not bucket style, so I don’t feel forced into a posture. Last night I barely adjusted at all, maybe once at the very beginning, and then I was just comfortable. That has literally never happened with my previous chair. If you’re sensitive to pressure points, seams, straps, or uneven padding, this chair is a massive upgrade. Extremely impressed with the build quality and cushioning.

Very nice chair, the padding is very supportive and comfortable. It was also very easy to put together, took about 20 minutes. The only thing I can complain about (which is why it's a 4 star and not 5 star review) for the chair itself is the leg rest needs to have more padding so it's higher and more level with the seat. One thing that would make this seat better imo, would be the option to buy it in suede. Now as for delivery/packaging, the box did arrive damaged which made me worried at first. However the contents inside were not damaged surprising. The top of the box had a giant cut and was caved in. And the opposite side had a tennis ball size hole like someone kicked it. Like I said though the contents inside were in perfect condition.

For the money, I am greatly impressed. First impression out of the box is impressive. Packed well. Great instruction card - and it's a big card. Easy to follow. No need to really 'hold your mouth right' putting this together. It comes with everything you need and spare hardware - a big plus in my book. Once together - which took all of 15 minutes, I sat in it. And wow. This is my first 'office' chair purchase. I had been using chairs I already had on hand. So, this is a big game changer for me. I really like the color (dark grey) and the overall look of this chair. Two controls, one for height and the other for lean-back. You can lay back and sleep in this thing if you want. I am 5' 9" and weigh 185 lbs. It fits me very well. Rolls easily, supportive, and very sturdy. I may change the casters in the near future because I am extra like that, there really is no need to do so, as the casters are just fine for anyone not extra like me (humor) As for durability, that is up to the end-user. I take care of my stuff, so this should last a very long time. The height adjustment is smooth and has a great range. The back feels very comfortable and supportive. Overall 5/5 stars and I'll likely be getting a second one for my office desk in the RV. Yes it is a bit pricer than many offers, but I feel it very well worth the extra splurge.

This chair is an awesome looking chair! It has good lumbar support, easy to adjust height and reclining. The seat is firm but comfortable also I definitely recommend this chair!

Pros: Looks really cool in a gaming setup. Allows you to sit at a perfect 90 degrees so you can immerse yourself in the games you are playing. Foot rest is pretty comfy. Cons: it feels like you are sitting on a cardboard box. My tailbone started hurting after just an hour gaming session. The arms are very wobbly and feel like they are going to break. I even tried to tighten the bolts with an impact drill after using the regular provided tools. No lumbar support or adjustments.

I’ve had this chair for almost a year now, and I feel like it’s time to leave a review. I use it every day at least 3+ hours on weekdays and 6+ hours on weekends. Putting it together was easy. The instructions were clear and came with pictures, so everything was easy to follow. The chair feels really solid and well-built. The cushioning is thick and comfortable, and I can sit in it for long hours without any discomfort. Even when I lean back, it’s still very comfortable. I went with the grey fabric one, and I’m glad I did. The fabric feels soft and cozy, and unlike leather chairs, it doesn’t get too sweaty after sitting for a long time. The color is also nice and goes well with pretty much any interior, which I like. After almost a year of heavy use, it still looks and feels great. No fabric wear, no pilling, and the cushions haven’t flattened at all. It honestly still feels pretty new. I don’t really have anything negative to say. For the price, this was definitely a great buy.

Llego súper rápido solo tomo 3 días. El armado fue súper sencillo no tardó ni 20 mins. Es muy cómoda con un agradable material. Tiene una buena altura , se reclina extraordinariamente. Puedes extender el cojín para los pies y no es tan rígido pero tampoco lo veo como un problema. Por el costo se me hace una muy buena opción.

Loved the chair, great back support and material is also very nice. Took 15 minutes to assemble. Seller is also very responsive and helpful for any support. Delivery came before the stipulated date. Packaging is also very good.

easy to assemble but i recieved the wrong color ordered it in grey and came in black
