At my last health check the Dr was happy with my bloodwork and advised to keep taking the Vitamin D. There’s no taste or side effects with this product. I do wish they didn’t use just a giant bottle, the bottle is only half full at best.

I live on the west coast and we have a lot of rain. I find that in the fall and winter, when skys are overcast and we have less sunshine, my mood was down. D3 has helped that a lot. Without the sunshine our vitamin D can become depleted and supplementing D can help. D 3 has some extra benefits as well. Check out the label and read for yourself. I have always used this brand, when available. It does not leave an after taste like many of the other brands do. The capsules are small enough for people who have a difficult time swallowing medicine. I have been a loyal customer for over fifteen years.
