This is our 3rd container... We are using Retatrutide for weight loss, so skin elasticity is important, amongst the other benefits this collegen product provides. I have to say, So far... So Good... The vanilla flavor compliments the Core Protein shakes I mix it with rather well. Yes! It's pricey, but that's our choice to buy it. Knowing the quality is there, its easy to overlook that.

I have seen a noticeable difference in the strength of my nails since I began taking this. It blends well into my smoothies.

I think that it helps with mature skin and bruise marks! I think that my skin is more resilient!

This makes a difference in my finger nails.

Put in a hot drink will not dissolve in cold drinks

Blends in well and doesn’t taste bad mixed into my morning coffee. It’s too soon to say for sure, but seems to be helping with my joint pain.

Dissolves quickly in hot coffee & it’s tasteless! No side effects to date.

Product quality seems excellent. Was recommended by a friend for hair and joint support. I mixed it with my daily fiber supplement and was happy with how it actually helped that product dissolve better and become more drinkable. Went well in my daily protein shakes, although it does have a slightly salty taste which I don't love. Only after the fact did I realize how expensive this product was - for my wife and I to each take a serving per day it would be $100/month (or $50/month for 1 person). While I would happily order this brand if money was not a concern at all, I found alternatives on Amazon that also appeared to be similar quality with less sodium for less than 1/2 the price.

But product does not dissolve well. And there are other collagen products including a wider range of types that dissolve better.
