Q: will this hold a laptop 17 x 11 and full size keyboard?

My 9x13 inch laptop fit well in the main content area but not the "tablet" pocket of the main area. Same for my Surface 6. The tablet section is clearly meant for standard iPads. The main section would probably fit something 11x15, or similar, but the zipper is what would limit you.
