MaryRuth’s Fiber Gummies have been a great addition to my daily routine. They have a slightly firm chew, but the flavor is great—especially for a sugar-free option. I’ve noticed real improvements in my digestion and regularity since starting them. Plus, they’re vegan and packed with 3g of soluble fiber per gummy. Easy, clean, and effective. Definitely sticking with these! Great product!

Pretty good amount for a two month supply. The gummies are good, not too sweet two. So far so good, no bad side effects and they are good for my whole family.

The media could not be loaded. MaryRuth’s fiber gummy is hands down the easiest and tastiest way to get my daily fiber! I tried Metamucil and it tasted terrible to me. Just one gummy a day is all it takes, and it’s so delicious that I actually look forward to taking. I’ll never go back to the gritty powders I tried from the pharmacy section.

I had ordered and tried these several months ago. My kids and I liked them, and I did not find them to be too hard, like some other reviews had stated. Sadly, when I was ready to reorder, they were not available. When they became available again, I quickly reordered. The bottle I received was misshapen and had a large dent in the side, like when you squeeze a plastic bottle too tightly. Upon opening the bottle, a horrible smell hit my nose as soon as I removed the protective seal. I moved my nose closer and took another whiff, and it was sickening. It was such a strong odor, that I definitely don’t remember noticing from my first order. It was like a strong chemical smell mixed with the odor of fresh cut wood, like walking into Home Depot. Not a fruity smell, like the papaya flavor of the vitamins, and certainly not something I wanted to put in my mouth. But, I thought that perhaps they would not taste the way they smelled, so I tried one. Not only did it taste TERRIBLE, but it was nearly impossible to chew. Not rock hard, but such a dense gummy material, I felt like I was chewing rubber. This was a very different experience from my first bottle, and I had unfortunately experienced inconsistencies when ordering other products from Mary Ruth’s before several years ago. Her products come highly recommended, so I thought I’d give it another try. After this experience, I think it is safe to say that they have officially lost a customer in me. I will not be reordering, and plan to return the vitamins, if I can, and hopefully get a refund. Even after several days of being opened, the fiber gummies continue to smell, and it has not gotten weaker over time like I had hoped.

I read previews before purchasing this gummy. I did find a few stating the gummy was hard but most reviews didn’t state that so I decided to try it. This gummy is extremely hard. I’m afraid it’s going to break a tooth! I leave it in my mouth for a little while hoping it will soften but it doesn’t. I know that this brand is a very good brand because my daughter has taken the liquid multi vitamin for years. I wish they could make the gummy soft. I won’t buy it again.
