I had a plumber come and attach the bidet because my hands are bad with arthritis and I didn’t trust my hands. The bidet is just cold water and while I had preferred a warm water the expense was ridiculous to run a line. So I opted with cold water and it is FANTASTIC. Every builder should be putting bidet toilets in every house. I never want to be without one. The cold water doesn’t bother me at all. The raise on the toilet is great and it is sturdy. There is no movement in it at all. The handles make it extremely secure. I would never opt for those that you put on and tighten because they will move. This is an excellent buy. Well worth the money and very safe and secure. The bidet is great as well. It looks very simple to set up but with my hands I didn’t feel that I could tighten things the way they should be. So great buy, no leakage, the toilet seat goes down as well. I highly recommend this seat and bidet.

My mom is very, very pleased with it. She is 90 and still takes care of herself. She has difficulty standing from a low seated position so this raised her up enough to a perfect height that, with the very stable bars, she can stand up on her own. It makes her feel safe as she stands. Since wiping can be a bit challenging, with easy controls that are friendly to her weak hands, she feels this keeps her very clean. The community handy man said it was easy to install, the slots meant it would fit other brand toilets and noted it fit perfectly.

This is really helped me out after my hip surgery. That’s a good height and it’s stable. I have beenusing it for about three months now, however I have not used the bidet function yet.

I installed this for an elderly parent. It is stable and a good height. It has a self-cleaning feature. I actually would like a heated version of this. No leakage that I can see.

This toilet seat with handles and bidet is a great idea! It really helps my dad and me when it comes to keeping him safe and clean. It is sturdy enough to ensure his safety and at a convenient height and the addition of the bidet is perfect for somebody who needs frequent cleanup. However, there is a crazy gap that’s built-in between the toilet seat and the toilet that allows the water to splash out. What kind of engineering went into this? I’ve tried to MacGyver the gap, but it is both unsanitary and still leaking.

This combination raised seat and bidet is a quality product. It comes with chromed metal T fitting for the bidet, armored stainless mesh supply line, real brass fittings and quality seals. The seat is uses metal stud bolts and thick plastic for mounting and support security. I was able to follow the instructions and installed perfectly on my first try. No leaks and a sturdy seat that doesn't move around when used. The grab bars are well constructed and solid in their mounting holes on the seat. All of the parts are working together to provide a reliable and useful product. It's worth the money to get this one.

This is a better product than I thought it would be. I went into the purchase hopeful, but guarded. My husband had hip surgery and needed a riser seat. I decided to this would be a great time to introduce a bidet. He loves it. It is so easy for him to get up and down from the seat. The handles are sturdy and strong. It's a perfect height. It's super easy to clean. It is comfortable to sit on. It was easy to install.

It is a sturdy addition to my toilet. The height is perfect and that plus the arms make getting down and up easy. The bidet is a welcome bonus.

My mom needed a handle bar support and a bidet due to mobility issues. She is very happy with this combo. Easy to install. Bidet function works great as well. I’d recommend for sure.
